(1) The meeting of the Board of Directors shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the Chairman as required.
(2) Member-Secretary shall give notice to the members at least seven days before the meeting of the Board of Directors.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Board of Directors are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Board of Directors shall be deemed to have been reached.
(4) The meeting of the board of directors shall be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the board of directors, the opinion of the majority shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The names of the members present at each meeting of the Board of Directors, the topics discussed, the decisions taken from the meeting shall be written and signed by the members present in a separate decision book.
(7) The decision of the Board of Directors will be verified by the member-secretary.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board of Directors shall be as determined by the Board of Directors itself.
